# Licence key

Lost your Panehop licence key? Enter the email you bought with and it is re-sent — the same key, nothing changes.

## Resend the key

[Enter the purchase email](https://panehop.com/license) and the key is emailed again. Every request re-sends the same key; nothing changes on the licence.

## Activating

Panehop › Settings › Licence › paste the key. One key covers every Mac you own.

## Receipts and refunds

Purchases are sold through Link (Stripe's merchant of record). Receipts come from Stripe; refunds within 14 days via [support](https://panehop.com/support).
